Computer Direct are involved in the provision of computer supplies and consumables, fax, ink and colour toner cartridges on a contractual basis. Where our customers have decided as a part of their purchasing strategy to contract the supply of their purchases over a term, Computer Direct participate in ensuring that the customer receives the best possible prices for the duration of that term.

The nature of the contracts that we propose, seek to give the customer total visibility of the product marketplace and pricing throughout the whole term of the contract. In effect the product becomes the efficiency of Computer Direct in meeting the customers requirements and not the commodities themselves.

The contract ensures steady prices but where prices fall it also allows the customer to take advantage of this movement. Although each customer has different requirements all customers appear to benefit from having real time pricing.

Account managers
In order for us to provide you with the best possible decision support, your Account Manager must have the knowledge and the experience to ensure that they can diagnose your requirements.
We have assembled a team of very experienced Account Managers all of whom have worked in this industry for a very long time.

Every Account Manager you will speak to at Computer Direct will have vast industry experience. They will provide you with the right level of decision support your Account will have a dedicated Account team that will include

An Account Manager – who will be your main day-to-day contact and will be mandated to ensure that the Account is maintained properly. This person will be responsible for ensuring you get the best price and service at all times.Who will be responsible for all consolidated business reports and invoicing.

An Account Executive – who will support your Account Manager and will ensure that you receive prompt response at all times.

Customer Service Support – will deal with whatever routine returns or customer support you may require. The team is a dedicated team.

This team will source your product through the supply chain network and provide your organisation with all the required information you need to make appropriate decisions.

Our dedicated Account Management teams already handle the accounts of many large organisations.

Deliveries
The standard delivery is next day for orders placed before 5.00 p.m. This service is normally Free of Charge to all our customers; it is available in most of mainland U.K.

There are a number of different types of delivery available depending upon the urgency of your requirement. These include Same Day, Timed and Desktop deliveries. It is also possible to collect deliveries from our premises. One hour’s notice must be given prior to collecting any consignment.

Timed deliveries generally refer to deliveries that need to be made prior to a certain time e.g. Pre 9.00am or between 2 specified times
